It all started with EAST Partnership

This site was built with the ingredients of most entrepreneurial endeavors: late nights, excitement, and a flare for experimentation.

I started with a blank slate, a Thinkific Pro+Growth account, and the Empire theme.

Note the custom background color of the home page and the clean header and mission statement. I experimented a bit to design a custom transition between the page "blocks".

Course landing pages are important! This is where students go to learn more about your course and eventually decide whether to enroll or not. Make it count! We opted to list prices for courses under $1000.

Scrolling down a site page, you may need to relay a lot of information without too much text: the perfect scenario for a list!

Before I knew it, EAST had a lot of courses, spread over multiple categories! To clean things up, I created custom course lists using Rob Galvin's PowerUps. They are the best!

I showcased their clients through a custom ordered Social Proof: Logo block.

Of course, I was buzzing to showcase learner reviews through the inherent Social Proof: Student Reviews.

Eventually, there was a blog! The blog served several purposes including providing free content to visitors and generating visits via SEO. Lovely. Here, we have a glorious (hehehe) quiz embedded in a course curriculum. If you can answer this quiz question correctly, you DEFINITELY need a vacation.

No doubt, you'll want to pass a lot of info to your learners and PowerPoint is a popular means of doing so. This is a PowerPoint presentation converted to a course module.

I LOVE to include pure video sessions in my courses but occassionally, you'll want to go with the quick value of a webinar replay.
This is an example of a repurposed webinar embedded as a course video with NO fancy backdrops, studio contracts, actors, or wasted funds. Just an instructor, a good mic, a Logitech C920 camera, and too much sunlight. 🌞☀️
